After retiring from teaching, my passion for quilting has become a meaningful expression of creativity and craftsmanship. Through the intricate patterns and vibrant colors of my quilts, I am celebrating the beauty of both tradition and innovation. Each quilt tells a story of dedication, patience, and love for this art form. Quilting is more than a hobby for me but a true passion that brings joy and fulfillment in this chapter of my life experiences.

I have been an active member of the Nubian heritage quilters guild for the past 10 years. Being a part of this quilting group has made the difference in pursuing the art form of quilting with so many talented members.
