Tasha Branham
Tasha Branham is a New Jersey-based artist practicing contemporary multidisciplinary art inspired by Henri Matisse. Her diverse mediums include epoxy resin, wood, acrylics, glass, mixed media, oil pastels, and digital art. She explores themes of storytelling, faith, and hope, aiming to encourage joy and healing by reconnecting with one's inner child. Rooted in my belief in God's grace, she draws parallels between the resilience, delicacy, strength, and beauty of Black women and elegant flowers. Her art intends to inspire joy, reconnect viewers with their imagination, and evoke wonder and inner joy. Featured in the "Journey of Surprises" exhibit in Newark and displayed at the Marcus Samuelsson LIVE! Bar and Grille in East Rutherford, her work reflects my life experiences and aims to share joy and imagination with others.
